In Aethelwulf, bishop and warrior Heahmund celebrates their victory over the Vikings. However, Ivar and his men have already been introduced by trickery. The attack is victorious and Heahmund is captured as a prisoner of the Vikings. At the same time, Floki returns to Kattegat and decides to set up a colony in Iceland. Time passes and the captive Astrid agrees to marry Harald, an ally of Lagertha. A next battle is then brewing and Ubbe will support Lagertha at this point.
