In accordance with the legal provisions in force, in the context of a purchase made online on the Site, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product(s) ordered to exercise , with norsemechant.com, his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty. If the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

In the event of an order containing several Products, this period of 14 days runs from the receipt of the last Product.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the return costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.
