- When will I receive my order?
The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the delivery require our team to take 10 to 15 working days maximum. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
Please note :
We aim to deliver within the timeframes mentioned above, however delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local carrier holidays.
- * We will not be able to change the delivery address of orders following confirmation of the order.
- * If no one is present at the delivery address indicated to receive the delivery of the products, the carrier will leave a transit advice note in your mailbox.
- * Title and risk of loss of your products will pass to you when you take possession of them.
- What payment methods do you accept?
Your security, our priority: our site only offers secure and guaranteed safe means of payment.
Your bank details or your credit card information will not be communicated to us. All payments are protected by our 128-bit SSL encrypted payment processor. We do not accept checks at this time.
- How can I order a product?
We make your purchases as easy as possible.

- Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right (your "basket") to finalize your purchases
We also offer the possibility of creating an account to make the process even easier (and to access your information).
- Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been validated by our team, you can cancel it as you see fit (and for free). Once your order is “ in process ”, it is impossible for us to cancel it.

- Discount Codes
We only accept one and only one discount code per order.
- I received an import tax
Norsemerchant.com ships its products worldwide legally. However, the buyer is responsible for their country's import taxes, we are not responsible.
- Can I modify my order?
Yes, as long as your order is not " in process ".
- My order is not complete!
If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
- I want to return an item
We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven product defect.
Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to contact@norsemerchant.com along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note: if you return one of the three products, the offer is no longer valid.
Refund conditions
Reimbursement of one or more product(s) possible within 15 days, however, as this is a special operation for Black Friday, the amount of the product offered will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed. If you return only the product offered, no refund will be made.
If you want to be fully refunded, you must return all the items, respecting the return conditions.
